Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Evelyn & Bobbie essentials. If your fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
